The ALLIANCE is a public agency organized as a Joint Powers Authority governed by a board of 18 elected officials, one from each of the 17 ALLIANCE member cities and the County. The Board meets six times a year for the purpose of adopting a work plan and budget, developing policy, and reviewing ALLIANCE performance. ALL Board Meetings are open to the public and meeting minutes are public record.
