When possible, we use route-specific text alerts and/or online alerts to notify riders about schedule changes, stop or route adjustments,"Shuttle Holidays" and any other service related issues that could affect your commute to or from San Mateo County cities.

Text Alerts

Shuttle riders can sign up to receive Text Alerts on their mobile phone by texting the Alert Code for their route to (833)426-6688. Alerts are sent only to subscribers in the event of service changes, interruptions and emergencies.

Unfortunately due to the elimination of grant funding, the San Carlos Commuter Shuttle service is no longer operating (effective July 1, 2020). The City of San Carlos and Commute.org appreciate your efforts to reduce single occupancy vehicle travel. We will continue to look for opportunities in the future to provide services.
