Text Alerts

Certain conditions may delay or disrupt shuttle services managed by Commute.org. When possible, we use "route specific" Text Alerts to notify riders about schedule changes, stop or route adjustments, Shuttle Holidays and any other service related issues that could affect your commute to or from San Mateo County cities.
 

How to Sign Up

Text Alerts are "route specific" which means you will only get alerts for your route. To subscribe to an alert, simply text the Alert Code for your route (see below) to 555888. After you sign up, you will receive a text confirming your subscription. You can sign up for as many routes as you want.
 
 
Example: To sign up for Text Alerts on the Campus Drive shuttle, text CAMALERTS to 555888.
 
You can opt out of Text Alerts at any time by texting STOP to 555888. Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider and plan.
