SSF Caltrain Shuttle Stop Change

Effective Monday, January 24, 2022, all shuttles that serve the South San Francisco Caltrain station will pickup and drop-off passengers at the new Shuttle Stop located on the east side of the train tracks on Poletti Way, by Comfort Inn & Suites. To access the new Shuttle Stop, passengers will need to use the stairs and underpass tunnel that lead to Poletti Way. Please see the map below for additional information.

Please note that schedule changes will also go into effect on Jan 24 to allow for additional time to get to/from the new stop location and the Caltrain platform. Please visit the Shuttle Schedule pages on this site for additional information. Impacted routes are:

  • Oyster Point Caltrain (OPC)
  • Utah-Grand Caltrain (UGC)
  • Genesis One Tower Place (OTP)
